I consider to myself as a passionate, diligent, motivated, honest person. I really enjoy dealing with different types of technical questions from customers and solve technical issues as they arise. I am highly motivated in learning and developing new skills related to technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. It’s like an opportunity for me to grow personally and professionally from various modes of communication. Although, it’s important to me that the position of Contact Center Representative allows me to not only play with data, but also present my findings and suggestions directly to clients.
