I started my professional career with Sun Life Financial India Service Centre, Gurugram as a Junior Process Associate in operations department
I have joined Sun life on 15 Nov 2015 on a contractual basis post in May 2016 I became the permanent employee, I promoted to Process Associate in May 2017, in May 2019 promoted to Senior Process Associate and then I moved to IT department by cracking the internal job posting opportunity in Aug 2021 and currently working as a Business Support Analyst
Currently I am aligned with a project of IBM lotus notes and handle below task on regular basis:
Regularly tracking of databases size (need to take action if size goes beyond 55 gigabytes)
Initiating deletion of databases post taking AVP and owners approval
Working on change tickets
Managing AOS inbox and assigning emails to appropriate persons/group
Regular contact with onshore developers and BSA to handle daily work
Updating owners and business group by contacting record officers
Handling JIRA tickets
Incident management
Sending daily report of due and pending JIRA’s
Managing weekly onshore huddle
Handling queries relating to migration to outlook of lotus notes database users
