  • I started my professional career with Sun Life Financial India Service Centre, Gurugram as a Junior Process Associate in operations department
  • I have joined Sun life on 15 Nov 2015 on a contractual basis post in May 2016 I became the permanent employee, I promoted to Process Associate in May 2017, in May 2019 promoted to Senior Process Associate and then I moved to IT department by cracking the internal job posting opportunity in Aug 2021 and currently working as a Business Support Analyst
  • Currently I am aligned with a project of IBM lotus notes and handle below task on regular basis:
  • Regularly tracking of databases size (need to take action if size goes beyond 55 gigabytes)
  • Initiating deletion of databases post taking AVP and owners approval
  • Working on change tickets
  • Managing AOS inbox and assigning emails to appropriate persons/group
  • Regular contact with onshore developers and BSA to handle daily work
  • Updating owners and business group by contacting record officers
  • Handling JIRA tickets
