• Research Mortgage Market Updates: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, news, and updates in the mortgage market, and incorporate this knowledge into relevant training content.
• Develop Presentations: Create visually engaging presentations for in-person or online training sessions, ensuring content is clear, concise, and impactful.
• Write and Script Training Content: Develop well-structured scripts for training sessions, videos, and e-learning courses to ensure clarity and engagement.
• Collaborate with SMEs: Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to ensure that content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business and industry standards.
• Collaborate with Training Team: Work closely with the training department to ensure that e-learning modules align with broader learning objectives and organizational goals.
• Provide Online Training Support: Assist in delivering online training sessions, including answering questions and providing guidance to learners during the course.
