Liaison between treatment team and WCB.

Assist case manager in understanding medical aspects of the worker's condition.

Coordinate with case managers, clinics to reach out goals and prevent further injury.

• Assist inmates with addictions and manage withdrawal symptoms including NARCAN administration
• Administer meds and injections as per OAT program and other PRN meds to manage symptoms
• Assist with their medical procedures as dressings, wound care, diabetic management and insulin administration, dietary management etc
• Assist in improving and stabilizing inmate’s mental health as per mental health programs and by administering scheduled injections
• Admit new inmates and complete their assessments and plan the nursing care while in center
• Follow the isolations protocol and COVID assessments as needed
• Arrange medical appointments as needed
• Administer meds orally, injections, instillations, and ointments etc.

• Monitor, update care plans and daily routines and assisted board members in policy designs
• Worked as part of a health care team to assess patient needs, plan, and modify care and implement interventions
• Provide basic patient care and treatments, such as, dressing wounds, treating bedsores, giving enemas, alcohol rubs, and massages
• Caring of patient on ventilation system/life support, tracheostomy care including suctioning
• Administer medications via oral, subcutaneous, PEG and tube feed, IM, and diabetes management
• Direct and actively execute medical care for individuals with complex medical and intellectual disabilities including behavior and seizure management
• Make appointments, keep records, and perform other clerical duties in care home setting for residents
• Advocate on behalf of the individual’s health care needs and quality of life
• Provide teachings to families and team members in promotion of good health and prevention of illness
• Observed patients, charting and reporting changes in patients' conditions, such as adverse reactions to medication and treatment, and taking any necessary action
• Participate in Inservice/educational conferences to keep nursing skills up to date and share required knowledges with colleagues and families.
