  • Prepared project progress report for progress meeting as per construction progress. Managed and streamlined project approvals process to reduce delays.
  • Liaised with operations, project team, subcontractor and procurement on execution of work and assign necessary budget for scope of work to be carried out. Supported other functional areas (Supply Chain Management, Project Controls, Construction, and Operations) to ensure project schedule was maintained.
  • Prepared necessary work to Mechanical, Structure, Piping, HVAC, Painting (coatings), Carpentry and Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) for cost estimation and cost break down and assign budget according to various cost.

  • Prepared quotation and service report & assist project team for overhaul pump, main engine piston, cylinder head, valve, cooler, heater, thruster, propeller, piping etc.
  • Monitored construction progress. Monitored skill on overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
