  • Establish and own the vision, strategy and structure of Americas Aftermarket Services (AMS)/ Customer Success for Honeywell Connected Industrials (HCI).
  • Direct AMS/ Customer Success Team to deliver HCI AMS Services Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Goal for Americas i.e.. Orders & Revenue (~ 50 Million USD).
  • Lead team of AMS/ Customer Success Managers, from building the team to developing it for scalability and sustained growth, with all the people, processes and strategies optimized in a customer-first manner.
  • Direct team of AMS/ Customer Success Managers to increase product adoption, customer loyalty, retention, and customer satisfaction by setting churn reduction strategies.

  • Develop and execute value delivery strategies for customer facing solutions, digital transformation roadmaps, delivery plan and a value proposition that leverages multiple offerings of Honeywell solutions and that best matches with the customer priorities and business potential.

Led Customer Success for following Strategic Clients:

  • Intel (Global), Indorama Ventures (Global), Suncor (Canada), ExxonMobil (Global) & ConocoPhillips (USA) and others etc.

Key Achievements:

  • Indorama Global (One of the largest Chemical manufacturing companies in the world having 130+ plants in 33+ countries): Led consultative engagement of Asset Performance Management (APM), established Honeywell as a trusted partner and won multiple orders of various connected offerings (APM 1-4, APC Phase1-2 and Inspection Round Phase1). This is completely new account developed and nurtured by Honeywell. Partnership framework established.
  • Suncor Energy: Led Honeywell Connected Industrials (HCI) team to win customer confidence through consultative engagement. POs received for HCI solution installation across their multiple sites in Canada.
  • ExxonMobil: Led HCI consulting. Designed and executed pilot for one site. ExxonMobil has deployed HCI solution across their 14 Sites globally. This has resulted into opportunity to upsell HCI solution at their Chemicals sites globally.
  • ConocoPhillips: Led consulting to win PO for emission monitoring pilot. Successful deployment of Pilot resulted into winning multiple orders worth multi-million US $.

  • Led end-to-end lifecycle delivery of Operations Collaboration Center (OCC) to the Reliance Industries, the largest and complex refineries in the word. Provided growth opportunities with this programs resulting in orders worth 2 M US $ in 2017. HPS Global Town Hall and High Growth Region (HGR) Award received in 2017.
  • Led end-to-end lifecycle delivery of Process Monitoring [Includes Asset Performance Management (APM)] to the Reliance Industries. One of the largest HCI projects globally covering 10,000+ assets. Provided growth opportunities with new program (i.e. Process Monitoring) resulting in orders worth 1.5 M US $ in 2016.
  • Led end-to-end lifecycle delivery of Reliance Manufacturing Intelligence Information System (MIIS) program, one of the complex Enterprise Data Management program globally. Scope involved implementation across large seven (7) sites spanning 100+ plants with more than 1000 users. The scale of this project was never been done in Honeywell. Provided growth opprtunity with multiple orders worth 2.5 M $. Global HPS Town Hall award received in Q1 2015.
  • Led engineering delivery of Honeywell's advanced solutions for Honeywell UOP Technology based process plants in record half time of just nine months. Global HPS Town Hall award received in 2013
  • Team Management: Built high-performing team. Managed the direct team of 10+ direct members and the indirect team of 40+ members.
