Key Responsibilities:

• Supported client services by conducting 1-on-l meetings with clients through intake process for the purposes of identifying client needs, providing on going support and appropriate referrals.
• Scheduled appointments using Calendly; managed front-desk operations and maintained a welcoming reception area.
• Entered and updated client records using Link2Feed database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Participated in community outreach efforts and contributed to the planning and execution of food drives and special events.

• Coordinated and supervised the organization of files, spreadsheets, and reports, while acquiring practical knowledge of different software programs, improving expertise, and broadening technical abilities.
• Administer client intake through responding to phone inquiries, enrolling clients in the database, establishing their files, and assisting in program applications.
• Provided support to clients in registering for the Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) and Ontario Electricity Support Program (OESP), and offered advice on eligibility requirements and application procedures.
• Demonstrated a positive and professional representation of the organization while delivering essential services to the community.
