• Provide functional support to users of Oracle Financials and purchasing
• Participate in the deployment of financial modules (GL, AP, CM) and Supply Chain Management (Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier, Oracle Supplier Network) in Production
• Follow up on critical and repetitive issues with Oracle Support to ensure resolution of the defects
• Collaboration and interaction with Oracle Managed Cloud to put changes into production
• Write and execute functional test scenarios
• Functional lead for data conversion from Legacy system to Oracle Cloud
• Provide Post Go Live Support for an Oracle Cloud GL and Accounting Hub
• Develop basic reports on BI Publisher on Oracle Cloud Financial reporting center
• Update and implement user security and roles within Oracle ERP Cloud security based on Functional documents provided by project team
• Add and manage users and provision roles and data access sets based on organization-defined data security policies and user role matrix defined by the business
• Experience with data migration and integration from existing systems to Oracle EBS/Fusion Cloud

• Responsible for Oracle R12 production support on a daily basis by resolving normal to critical tickets
• Troubleshooting issues related to AR interfaces and other integrations
• Configuration of modules (Oracle Financial) GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Supply chain Management (Purchasing and Inventory), AME
• Work with Oracle Technical Support on SR resolution
• Support change management process to manage patch applications
