Responsibilities Include:

• As a teacher first and foremost duty was to teach the student about the types of folk dance and their importance in keeping our Punjabi culture alive.
• Creating an environment where the student's were comfortable and they feel free to ask any doubt and perform their best under the guidance of a spectacular dance teacher.
• Preparing the teams for Panjab University Zonal and Inter Zonal Youth festival competitions and always being there for the team to give them support.
• Teach the techniques, cultural origins and symbolic meanings of ethnic and folkloric dances.
• Ensure that discipline prevails during the classes as a result of which college able to maintain its reputation.
• Prepared dance students for specific auditions and performances.

• Tailored each class to meet student needs and abilities and allow dancers to progress at comfortable pace.
• Conducted needs assessments or surveys to determine interest in or satisfaction with wellness and fitness programs, events or services.
• Designed workshops focused on specific dance styles or techniques such as ballet fundamentals or contemporary movement exploration.
• Promoted creative expression to encourage students to explore dance as art and self expression through movement.
• Voluntarily provide free of cost training to to those who can't afford.
• Organized activities to promote learning and increase student enjoyment.
• Trained new instructors on best practices in teaching methods, classroom management strategies, and school policies related to the dance program.
