• Few projects I have successfully delivered includes; Windows Autopilot, Windows 10 Migration, Windows As a Service (WAAS) & Office As a Service (OAAS), Windows Hello for Business implementation, Driver Automation, Microsoft Intune Infra Setup & GPO to CSP Migration and Server Onboarding from different domains in SCCM
• Assessing Client requirements, based on detailed review of their environment.

• Led BAU team for SCCM, Security Patching, Operating System Deployment & Packaging, MS Intune BAU Operations.
• Planned and led the In Built Project of SCCM Upgrade from 1606 -> 1808 -> 1806

As a part of GTSC team, I was engaged in Level 3 Technical Support to different clients of Microsoft for SCCM and Intune products related issues such as:

• SCCM implementation and configuration
• Software Updates, Software Distribution, OSD & DRS.
• Advisory cases related to designing and implementation of SCCM and Intune.

• Led BAU operations team of SCCM, Intune and Security (McAfee EPO).
• Partial migration services to Intune from SCCM such as Application deployment and Managing complaince
• Implementation of IBCM to cater Internet Clients in the environment.
• Implementation of PXE and OSD.
• Streamlined Patching compliance from 75% to 97%

• Contractual position in Microsoft India Pvt. Ltd on a Third Party Vendor Payroll for GTSC team.
• Handled issues related to SCCM - Software Distribution, Software Updates, DRS, OSD & PXE and SCCM Installation and Setup.

• Installed system updates to address vulnerabilities and reduce security issues.
• Enhanced interfaces to promote better functionality for users.
• Planned computer systems using information engineering, data modeling, and structured analysis.
• Provided recommendations regarding new hardware and software to keep IT infrastructure up to date.
