Nursing Philosophy I believe that nurses have a common goal, to promote patients' health and well-being. As a nurse, I try to give the best care that clients deserve. I am open to changes that may take place in the nursing field as the years pass by, because I believe that learning is a never ending process. Moreover, I am very much willing to share and implement the knowledge and skills that I have learned during my studies and previous experiences into practice and am open for improvement for a better quality of care. Furthermore, I am very interested in working with people from varied ages and cultural backgrounds.
