I manage and support foremen, ensuring their teams have the necessary resources and direction to complete tasks efficiently. I am responsible for conducting job site setup and teardown in accordance with traffic safety protocols and project specifications. Additionally, I handle the accurate documentation and filing of job-related paperwork, perform regular inspections to monitor safety compliance and operational efficiency, and act as a key point of contact between crews and management to coordinate project needs and resolve issues as they arise.

As a Skilled Labourer at Tide’s Construction, I communicated regularly with site supervisors and team members to ensure high-quality service and the efficient completion of tasks. I assisted in the construction of various structures, including patios, decks, fencing, and roofing. My role also required the safe and effective operation of power tools while adhering to all relevant safety regulations and site protocols.
