Malachi Voysey

I spent two summers working at a summer camp where I was responsible for :

• Taking care of children for more than 10 hours a day
• Participating in leading skills around the camp such as archery, paintball, wall climb, and various other games and sports
• Assisting in maintenance duties such as cleaning bathrooms, doing campers dishes, cleaning the dining hall, doing various projects around the camp.

I believe in my time there I:

• Worked well in a team setting, providing support and guidance.
• Demonstrated respect, friendliness and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Strengthened communication skills through regular interactions with others.

• Boosted customer satisfaction levels through exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and providing a welcoming store environment.
• Minimized wait times for customers during peak hours, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Organized racks and shelves to maintain store visual appeal, engage customers, and promote specific merchandise.
• Provided positive first impressions to welcome existing, new, and potential customers.
• Engaged with customers to build rapport and loyalty.
• Stocked merchandise, clearly labeling items, and arranging according to size or color.
