Working as a machine operator. My talent for learning quickly helped me master 3 machines. The first machine for cutting glass, thanks to the selection of the correct parameters, most of the material was used for production, and there was little waste. By mastering the quick search for glass for a second machine that washes glass, the production of double-glazed windows increased by 5%. Thanks to understanding the operation, setting parameters, observing safety precautions, a third machine that coats the glass unit with an hermetic mixture so that the glass unit is maximally protected, production increased by 7%.

I worked at a plant repairing diesel trains. Thanks to the fact that I arranged for 5 of my friends who are with me. 5 of my friends repaired engines, changed cylinders, changed filters, and did their job in an organized and high-quality manner. The result and speed of repairs have doubled.
