Makayla Fitch

I work as an after school teacher at Garden Village Elementary. I work with tk/k so the littles, I do this from providing snack to providing them emotional support. I plan curriculum for the week alone with two other teachers. I supervise supper and playtime, also have outside curriculum.

• Played games, worked on puzzles, and read books to young children.
• Communicated positively with children and guardians.
• Organized and cleaned home after activities by picking up toys and straightening up play room.
• Prepared healthy, age-appropriate snacks and meals.

• Kept classrooms clean, neat, and properly sanitized for student health and classroom efficiency.
• Handed out classroom materials, like pencils, paper, and crayons.
• Oversaw students in classroom and common areas to monitor, enforce rules, and support lead teacher.
• Graded assignments and reported individual progress to teacher.
