I am an accomplished educational leader with 8 years of experience, which includes 4 years as a teacher, 2 years as a principal, and 2 years as a vice-principal. My focus has been on revolutionizing teaching through technology and innovative thinking. I have excelled in classroom management and critical thinking, significantly improving student engagement and problem-solving skills. Additionally, I have led initiatives to promote diversity and mental health, creating a more inclusive and supportive learning environment. One of my key strengths is identifying student strengths and weaknesses.
I worked as a teacher in Tehran for 4 years and I have a strong passion for jobs that involve working with children. During my time as a teacher, I focused on enhancing my students' critical thinking skills by adopting a student-centered approach. I also encouraged group projects as homework to engage the students in the classroom. After 4 years, I became the vice-principal, where I maintained open communication with both parents and students. In 2022, I achieved my dream position of becoming the principal. In this role, I focused on implementing technology in the school, encouraging innovative thinking among teachers, and improving their problem-solving skills. Additionally, I aimed to organize exciting events for the students to make the school environment more enjoyable. I also wanted to develop curriculum materials for special education and create a more conducive learning environment. However, I had to leave my position as I was accepted into a leadership education program at Trinity Western University in Canada.
I am passionate about soccer and fitness. Previously, I trained in wrestling and football. Since moving to Canada, I have focused on playing football, which has become my favorite hobby. I enjoy reading books to improve my skills and enhance my activities.
