Preparing ingredients, mixing, kneading, shaping, and baking dough and batters
Frosting, icing, and decorating baked goods
Overseeing production staff, managing inventory, and ensuring quality standards are met
Creating production schedules, researching new recipes, and developing new products
Purchasing baking supplies and ordering more supplies as needed
Cleaning and putting away baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and refrigerators
Ensuring proper storage and refrigeration of baked goods
Packaging and arranging baked goods for sale or delivery
Overseeing the sales and merchandising of baked goods
