I have over five years of retail management experience between big box stores and intimate storefronts. My experience at Sephora as a Sales and Service Lead has allowed me to combine my past experience with overseeing teams of twenty to forty people to developing personal rapport with customers at a small storefront level. I know that my experience at Sephora One Paseo, understanding the ways in which every team member from the Beauty Advisor to the Store Manager contributes to optimize the customer's holistic experience, will allow me to be an asset to Sephora Carmel Mountain as an Assistant Store Manager if given the opportunity.
