I began my journey at the City of Burnaby though a student full-time internship from June 2023- September 2023. During this time, I was exposed to all the different divisions within the department. After that, I was asked to stay on the team part-time, splitting my work between EDI and Occupational Health and Safety. Come April 2024 I strictly now work with Occupational Health and Safety part-time (and full-time in the summer months) while I complete my studies.
