  • As the sole recruiter at Huron, I was the go-to advisor for all hiring managers across the organization, owning the end-to-end recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding process for 30+ union and non-union staff requisitions.
  • Was the subject matter expert (SME) for Talent Acquisition/Management, staying updated on regional employment laws, labour regulations, and industry-specific practices, as well as identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
