Involved in all phases of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) from analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance with quite challenging deadlines.
Involved in the UAT phase for preparing and testing several test cases and providing sign-off to deploy the changes to the production environment.
Involved in the continuous enhancements and fixing of production problems.
Responsible for Unix Host maintenance activities.
Hands on experience in writing and executing SQL Queries.
As part of support for production, be competent in handling incidents, problem administration, and technological change administration
Incident management and restoring service without SLA breach.
Problem management by analyzing the root cause of the recurring incidents and providing the required action to be taken to resolve the problem.
Technology change management to enhance of the existing service and satisfy the customer expectations by working with the upstream and downstream teams and safely deploying the modules in production environment.
Performing analysis and tests during disaster recovery event to ensure the un-interrupted service as part of BCP check.
Performing the health checks on the applications and intimating the client on daily basis.
