As an environmental specialist, I conducted Phase One and Phase Two Environmental Site Assessments in strict adherence to Ontario Regulation 153/04 standards. Through thorough data collection and management, I identified potentially contaminating activities (PCAs) and areas of potential environmental concern (APECs). My responsibilities extended to executing fieldwork, which involved supervising drilling operations, collecting soil and groundwater samples, and overseeing remedial excavation activities. With a focus on assessments for due diligence purposes, I ensured full compliance with regulatory requirements. Leveraging my expertise, I provided comprehensive environmental analysis and formulated recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.

Participate in a team environment with Survey Technicians and Coordinators in the field to collect data For Pre-construction topographic and/or hydrographic surveys to obtain existing Conditions Construction layout or baseline surveys including elevations, slopes etc To aid the Construction Site Supervisor Post-construction as-built surveys Topographic surveys for various studies and investigations Topographic/hydrographic surveys for environmental monitoring Assist RPAS services as an observer Operates survey field equipment such as Total Station, Global Positioning System (GPS) handheld, RTK GPS, Levels, hydrographic sounding equipment and software.

Hands-on experience in utilization engineering instruments as well as demonstrate sound knowledge of GPS and GIS systems Conduct surveys on land sites and properties Examine previous records and evidence in depth to ensure data accuracy and precision Perform research and design methods for survey processes Operate equipment and tools to accurately measure land features Develop maps, sketches, and charts in line with given requirements.
