During my time at Curl Fitness I worked as a Sales Associate/ Kids Club Associate. I sold memberships, explained prices to customers and membership plans along with answering phone calls about questions and concerns, maintaining good phone etiquette and solving membership problems. Also maintained a clean front desk, cleaning equipment around gym, refilling cleaning station spray bottles as well as cleaning restrooms and kids club on closing shifts. Organized ranks and shelves and put everything in the right place by the end of the night. Handled cash transactions,issued refunds and store deals. Toured customers and guided customers to machines. assisted in inventory management, restocking items and arranging items out of order.

Whilst I was working at the "Kids Club" at Curl Fitness, I watched and cared for infants/kids in childcare and provided a positive and friendly attitude while doing so while providing support to parents and addressing any concerns. Maintained good relationships with guests and giving friendly/helpful advice leading to referrals.

During my time at The Adventure Lagoon, I worked as a cashier as well as being responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organizing the facility. Some of the tasks that I preformed include,

• Maintained a clean and organized environment, ensuring optimal hygiene standards for guests'' wellbeing.
• Ensured proper use of life jackets and other safety equipment among guests while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Conducted daily inspections of equipment, identifying potential issues before they escalated into larger problems.
• Assisted in the setup and teardown of events, contributing to efficient operations.
• Enhanced guest satisfaction with timely assistance and addressing concerns promptly.
