After my maternity leave, I chose to pursue an opportunity to increase the breadth of my experience by joining a large consulting company focused on contingent workforce solutions. This afforded me perspective on enterprise-level Recruitment operations and exposed me to different challenges and patterns outside of Tech. I am eagerly looking for an opportunity to unify my startup and consulting experience in a new role on a dynamic team.

Manager, Sourcing & Recruitment Operations

  • Collaborating with senior leadership across AMS to scope, implement, stabilize, and manage contingent workforce programs (MSP, direct sourcing, etc.) for North America and CALA
