As a sales associate, I held the responsibility of maintaining a clean and organized store while creating a welcoming environment for customers. I consistently worked to provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. Whether it was taking inventory, preparing shipment, or assisting with transactions, I made sure to fulfill all of what was asked of me. This role has helped me develop the ability to stay focused, manage stress effectively, and strengthen my communication and problem-solving skills. I plan to bring the same qualities of organization, communication, and patience to my future jobs.

As a summer nanny, I assisted with morning routines, cooking, tidying up, and transporting the children to their summer programs. Through this, I developed strong time management and organizational skills. Caring for two children under the age of seven with busy routines reinforced my ability to effectively multi-task. Through daily enrichment activities, I worked to display both patience and compassion. By consistently communicating with both the children and their parents, I was able to grow into a more confident and effective communicator.

I have participated in several Healing California clinics, including locations in Long Beach, Vista, Pasadena, and El Monte. As a volunteer, I set up portable dental equipment, restocked instruments, managed patient check-in, and assisted with detail-oriented, dental work. I was exposed to work in a fast-paced environment where I strengthened my communication and teamwork skills as I worked alongside dental professionals.

As a Lifeguard, I was tasked with maintaining a clean, organized, and

hazard-free work environment. I learned to work effectively in a team with my coordinators, co-lifeguards, and pool administrators on a day-to-day basis. As I responded to emergencies and assisted in first-aid situations, I developed a sense of adaptability and quick problem solving/decision-making skills. This experience allowed me to gain insight into providing hands-on care and further reinforced my ability to work under pressure while paying attention to detail.

I frequently volunteer at my church's annual fundraiser where I help with various food booths including pizza, ice cream, and bbq. I am often tasked with taking customers orders, preparing food efficiently, keeping supplies stocked, and addressing questions and concerns, such as food allergies. Through this, I developed the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment while building skills in teamwork. I continue to volunteer here as it allows me to connect with my community and support fundraising efforts towards charities.
