• Managing 2 Tutorials a week, totaling 100 students
• Facilitating discussion and exploration of course topics as assigned by the supervising professor
• Answering course content and examination related questions from students to the best of my ability
• Marking weekly participation assignment for each student
• Attending weekly meetings with teaching team, in order to coordinate discussion plan for tutorials
• Marking and providing feedback on final paper at end of term
• Proctoring the midterm and final exam as part of teaching team

• Answering emails and maintaining communication and support with students when needed regarding class content or reviewing exams

CANSpine Research Lab

• In collaboration with lab head, conduct qualitative analysis and compile report on current students motivations for joining Physiotherapy Program, in the hopes of using information to gauge further enrolment target and student satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory of physical data collected for research study

• Assisting with implementing treatment modalities for patients, including Heat, Ultrasound, TENS Machine
• Worked towards completing policies and procedures manual for clinic use
• Worked towards application of grant money to implement website
• Administrative assistance, such as registering new clients, processing insurance information, directing clients

• Informal counseling of students who may be experiencing a variety of issues related to school, relationships, or life in general
• Referred them to other resources in campus as necessary

• Situating clients on treatment modalities such as Game-Ready, Ultrasound, Muscle Stimulation
• Cleaning and upkeep of machines and clinic space

• Working with child for several hours a week; assisting them with schoolwork and strengthening of math and reading skills
• Being cognizant of learning styles, employing patience and empathy in helping the student figure out how they best learn in a way where their learning disabilities did not hold them back
