Framing and structural:

• Framework for buildings, homes, and other structures
• Able read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Expertise in building and installing floor systems, walls, roofs, siding, and drywall installation
• Skilled in framing of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
• Skills in installing interior trim, moldings, doors, cabinetry, shelving, and furniture construction
• Building foundations and installing structural beams and supports
• Installing windows, doors, and hardware
• Familiar in working with vinyl, wood, aluminum, and composite materials
• Installation of exterior finishes and weatherproofing techniques

Concrete and Masonry Work:

• Experience with concrete forms, footings, and slab construction
• Experience with suspended slab forming
• Familiar with grade beam construction
• Expertise in assembling steel forms

Tool Proficiency:

• Mastery of hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery (e.g., saws, drills, nail guns, forklifts, and scaffolding)
  Safety protocols for tool operation and maintenance

Material Estimation and Costing:

• Knowledge of material selection and cost estimation for projects
• Ability to calculate material quantities for various construction phases

Drywall Installation and Finishing:

• Expertise in cutting, hanging, taping, and finishing drywall
• Experience in preparing construction sites and conducting demolition work
• Knowledge of handling hazardous materials and debris removal

Quality Control and Compliance:

• Ensuring work is done to code and with the highest quality standards
• Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards

Sustainable Building Practices:

• Experience with eco-friendly construction methods (e.g., LEED certification, energy-efficient materials)
• Red Seal Certification (Journeyman Carpenter)
• First Aid & CPR Certification
• Fall Protection & Safety Training
• Scaffold Erection & Safety Certification (if applicable)
