• Preparation of as-built drawings for more than ten different commercial projects for the purpose of change of use related to the Miniso brand in the cities of Toronto, London, Kingston, Sarnia, Guelph, Edmonton, and Vancouver, and submission to Miniso’s head office for review and final design approval.

• Reviewing the designs and execution details provided by Miniso’s head office to ensure compliance with existing site conditions, and submitting reports in case of any discrepancies for necessary revisions.

• Designing alternative execution details to facilitate faster and more cost-effective implementation, submitting them to Miniso’s head office, and obtaining execution approval.

• Collaborating in the supervision of project execution to ensure adherence to the approved drawings.

• Conducting multiple negotiations with clients regarding their requirements, project costs, and conditions.

• Performing initial studies for various residential, commercial, and cultural projects, including analyzing project needs, climate, topography, site location, land use, relevant laws and standards, and economic feasibility, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of engineers.

• Designing architectural Phase 1 (concept and preliminary drawings) and Phase 2 (detailed and execution drawings) for over 100 residential, commercial, and cultural projects, considering initial project studies and client requirements within the defined budget and in compliance with the necessary regulations and standards set by approval authorities.

• Managing the team responsible for preparing all execution drawings, including architectural, structural, and MEP plans, based on a defined timeline and financial framework, obtaining necessary approvals from relevant authorities, and submitting them to clients and contractors.

• Overseeing problem resolution during project execution, addressing discrepancies between construction and approved drawings, providing solutions, and collaborating with contractors to correct deficiencies and ensure proper project implementation.

• Supervising the construction phases of numerous designed projects, preparing progress reports, and submitting them to clients and relevant authorities for official project documentation.

• Drafting over 20 residential and commercial projects under the supervision of the architect and the architectural team.

• Collaborating with the design team in architectural design for residential and commercial projects, conducting project-related studies, and preparing architectural execution details.

• Managing the architectural drafting department, preparing 3D drawings and detailed architectural execution plans, and coordinating between the design and drafting teams.

• Attending construction sites as an assistant alongside project supervisors to oversee execution and prepare project reports.
