• M -Perform safety checks on all vehicles -Maintain all vehicle functional conditions by listening to each customers requests and concerns that is relayed from the Service Department; conduct an inspection based on the customers needs -Keep all equipment available for the use of inspecting and testing vehicles, while completing preventative maintenance such as: oil changes, replacing filters, wheel balancing, tire rotation and changes -Clear and consistent communication with the Service Advisor and the Fixed Operations Manager on updates with each vehicle that is being diagnosed and worked on
