Kept track of how long deals were in house and determined when to return problem deals to keep from getting stale dated int he system, thereby ensuring customers owed no more than the first payment upon funding.

Worked closely with area marketing rep to make sure the dealers were aware of problem deals making for a smooth resolution.

Routinely called 10 to 20 dealers per day to request deals to review for the buyers in slow times or to dispatch the marketer to a dealer in need.

Delegated general office duties to the customer service representative and trained them as back up to help with auditing customer files during the busy times.
