▪ Support Senior Vice Present, Operations other departmental heads to execute projects.
▪ Organization, minute taking and follow up for management meetings.
▪ Proof reading and editing correspondence, agendas and documents as required.
▪ Gather and prepare the necessary information materials and resources for meetings and events.
▪ Manage expenses and corporate credit cards and ensures approvals, processes are completed accurately and on time.
▪ Arrange complex domestic and international travel including flights, accommodations, and any other required reservations.
▪ Ensure the overall coordination, maintenance, and standards of GTA and local offices.
▪ Implement administrative policies, procedures & practices as needed.
▪ Management of Expenses for local directors and regional credit card.
▪ Organize local and national events, incentive trips, conferences, celebrations, parties, and awards.
