From September 2018-April 2020, I volunteered as an Executive Event Coordinator for the Augustana Wildlife Club. Duties included:
- Coordinating schedules and timelines for events.
- Suggesting and planning yearly on and off campus events with other club executives.
- Decision making on financial allocations with other executives.
- Recruiting club members
- Promoting club events at club fairs, social media platforms and by other means each semester.
- Submitting club events for approval on an online student connect portal each semester.
- Attending intermixed meetings of all Augustana clubs to report progress and/or concerns, and to discuss collaboration initiatives.
- Adapting quickly when faced with unexpected challenges or changes in plans, and maintaining composure while finding effective solutions.
Volunteer Event Coordinator - University of Alberta, Augustana Chaplaincy

As part of a AUREL 345 Community Service Learning course, for a fall semester, I volunteered with the Augustana Chalaincy to hold a Fair Trade and Local Made Sale event. Duties included:
- Attending organizational meetings to plan logistics.
- Recruiting local food and craft vendors.
- Highlighting the sustainable and environmentally friendly practices of the vendors through marketing to promote the event community wide.
- Setting up and taking down venue space.
- Hosting vendors and visitors during the event.
Volunteer Early Childhood Environmental Education Teacher - Battle River School Division, École Sifton School

As part of a AUENV 320 Community Service Learning course, for a fall semester, I worked with children ages 4 - 6 years old to adapt and adjust to the outdoors. Duties included:
- Meeting with class teachers to plan field trips at the Stoney Creek Wilderness Park in Camrose for the French and English Emerson kindergarten classes when there is less to more snowy conditions.
- Supervising and teach fundamental movement skills and environmental play-based learning through nature games, physical activities and arts & crafts, while following safety precautions.
- Encouraging the leave-no-trace-behind principle.
Volunteer Athlete Attendant - TrackTown Canada, Foote Field

With a strong understanding of track and field, I volunteered for the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics Trials (18th Pan American Junior Athletics Championships). Duties included:
- Being fast on my feet, calm, collective, confident and assertive.
- Ensuring athletes and officials are kept hydrated with water and electrolytes after completing each race.
- Guiding all visitors to the medical center if required, due to mechanical and acute injuries or environmental conditions.
- Providing information to athletes, their coaches and agents.
