Accomplishments

My years of hospitality experience as a Guest Service Agent have given me many moments of professional pride. At my first property (The Ottawa Marriott Hotel) I achieved the first 100% score on the BSA inspection in the hotels history. My upsell total for 2023 at The Westin Ottawa was over $28,000. This was by far the most of any GSA at my property, and almost 50% of the $65,000 goal for the entire hotel. I have been nominated at the Ottawa Tourism Awards by my managers and department director. Many guests have mentioned my name in positive reviews of their stays. I've been lucky enough to have some guests say I gave them the best hospitality service they've ever experienced.
