As a sanitor 2 my duties include most of what I was previously doing . I feel I have more responsibility as a level 2 due to cleaning fryer more often.
I work on 3rd currently, but I am still reliable and trusted to do my work. I usually work alone on my shift . And am responsible for any quick sanitation’s needed during my shift
I communicate with my supervisor when she come in for the day about what task are completed. And what happened during the shift

Hired to the company as a part time Sanitor for bakery processing.
Was initially trained to clean conveyor system, and belts.
Confined spaced trained to clean insides of the TSC, BPC, PTZ ovens.
Ensured everything was clean and sanitized for start up. Followed all proper procedures

11.2021 - 12.2023
Accepted position of fulltime in Sanitation for Bakery Processing.
Had since learned to sanitize All bakery machines. Such as BPC seasoning, TSC seasoning, BPC mixer/sheeter, TSC cornwasher/sheeter, PTZ batch mixer, PTZ continuous mixer, Azo, LBCSS, PTZ cookers, PTZ extruders, TSC fryer and BPC primary dryer and curl unit.
I also am the Point person when my supervisor is on vacation and would flex my schedule to do so.
While I was on light duty (due to a pregnancy) I also helped update SSOPs for all the machinery we clean on bakery processing side.
I do the ATP swabs and paperwork as needed that goes with it.
I've done PSMs and created schedules for the team when needed.
