I have spent the last 6 and a half years at HSBC CA & Rabobank NZ working within various AML and customer service roles across operations departments, building a strong understanding of the current AML requirements, working directly with the risk and compliance teams to deliver the best possible results for the banks. I have been involved in projects improving client communications, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the operating systems, trained new starters and existing employees on processes including running the Graduate Program for the team at Rabobank. I was a Culture Coach with Rabobank, with the goal of finding ways to better improve the banks overall culture to provide a better working environment for all employees.
