  • Planned and executed the deployment of Games Time technology needs (laptops, radios, printers, and cell phones) for 22 sports venues. Imaged over 400+ Computers and Installed 12 Cisco Meraki Networks at Sporting Venues.
  • Conducted risk assessments and implemented resilient and redundant cybersecurity solutions for games-time networks, as well as pre-games operations.
  • Implemented LAN configurations on the Cisco Meraki Cloud to provide a highly available, scalable, and redundant IT solution to handle Canada Games Operations across all serviced venues.
  • Led a volunteer committee consisting of 19 members for over a year to ensure the effective execution of IT solutions plans.
  • Worked closely with the Broadcast Technical Director to provide proper IT infrastructure to ensure seamless broadcast coverage of 20 different sports.
  • Liaised with venue owners, city officials, third-party contractors/vendors to upgrade existing IT infrastructure to meet the Canada Games requirements.
  • Worked with dozens of functional areas to provide them with an IT Solution to properly execute their duties.
  • Responsible for procuring all of the games IT needs through the use of Service Contracts, RFP's, and RFQ's
  • Managed the VoIP phone system for Games Time Operations.ns.
