  • I have been learning a lot about the way BC Hydro does business for the last 7 years I feel I have good leadership skills, I have been running large jobs with success and coordinated large overhauls since being in Generation My communication is a strong point for me, I am able to stay calm and work through problems as the arise and be flexible I am organized and safety orientated, and have a good understanding of Isolation and worker safety I have also become very familiar with the SPR, Osh 209, and other documentation on safe hub that has allowed me to accel at my job
