Luis Arturo Zablah Ventoza

I'm a service oriented hard worker that believes in the little details as I work in giving the best performance during my tasks. Volunteer work helped me understand the inner workings of dealing with customers and how to give the best service possible so they're satisfied with the service. My time as a Call Center Representative trained my customer relations skills as I dealt with a plethora of different customers with different inquiries and issues.

• I undertook a Global Leadership program in July of 2018 known as "Canada International Student Services (CISS)", where we learned about leadership and communication skills, developed teamwork problem-solving abilities, and participated in interactive workshops where we learned and developed the concept of community and how to contribute to the world as a group. Additionally, project planning in a group was studied.
• At an early age I completed a Development and Innovation Program on October 2015. The program consisted of developing the ability to work under pressure, and the skill of fostering group leadership. Lastly, we studied and practiced group communication.
• I recently attended a Technology Digital Camp of Design and Development of Video Games on June 2021. Where we learned how to develop a video game using the Unity 3D tool, how to organize ideas, understand project management, and program a game using the C# language.

• "Digital Media and Marketing Principles" (Coursera): I completed a course on June 2022 where we examined marketing as a strategic process based on communication. Understood the impacts of digital media and technology on communications and marketing. Developed an understanding of various Digital Marketing strategies. Grasped new technology concepts currently being developed, such as AI and VR.
• "Working with the Media (Coursera)": I completed a second course on July of 2022 where we identified the mission and core values of an organization, understanding how public relations contribute to the branding process, and defined the theory of mass media and its uses in public relations. Lastly, the strategies of mass media and public relations in today's world were analyzed.
