  • Enhanced warehouse efficiency by implementing inventory management systems and optimizing storage layouts.
  • Processed the paperwork such as invoices and Metrc manifests and made sure they were sent to the correct license number. Both retail locations had their own license number and the single Distribution room had its own license number as well.
  • Physically counted product and checked packaging for correct labeling. Different products required different labeling per the D.C.C.
  • Handled large cash payments by hand with the delivery drivers. Using a money counter and ensuring the payment is correct down to the change.
  • Would pay out deliveries as high as $70,000 cash for a single brand.
  • Calling other companies distribution's in order to get updated invoices for incorrect quantities or rejected items.
  • Collaborating with my director and purchaser as well as the distribution companies in real time to come up with solutions for delivery issues.
  • Using Treez to ensure we can account for the quantities of all products both retail stores carry.
  • Managed anywhere from 2-10 deliveries in a single day.
