Hello, my name is Luis, a customer service and hospitality professional with 20 years of experience working with people in fast paced environments. My background includes restaurants, retail, hospitality and the performing arts. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with all kinds of people and learned the importance of communication, teamwork, consistency and making sure customers and guests feel welcomed and taken care of. I’m comfortable handling busy environments, working with the public, handling transactions and solving problems while staying positive and professional. I also have experience in leadership and coordinating activities with large groups of people. These experiences have helped me become adaptable, organized and confident working as part of a team. I’m currently exploring opportunities in airline and airport services, customer service and remote sales/telemarketing, as well as behind the scenes production roles in television and film.
