• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and automation equipment, including motors, drives, control panels, PLC-based systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron), VFDs, servo motors, and robotics.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, inspections, and calibrations to ensure optimal equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Modify PLC logic, HMI screens, and control parameters; assist in commissioning new automation projects and equipment installations.

Maintenance and troubleshoot machinery

through the plant, assuring machinery is running

properly.

• Troubleshoot using various tools such as fluke,

meggers, simpsons, voltage testers.

• Repaired and replaced sensors, relays, and

contactors with their corresponding voltage.

• Installed and programmed VFD’s

• Work with photo eyes, limit switches, 3

phase motors 480v, proximity switches 120v, and

NO/NC switches.

• Performed electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Installed and repaired electrical systems including transformers, switchboards, motors, conduit systems, fixtures, and hydraulic systems.

• Perform maintance on machines such as;

replacing bearings, power rolls, motors, belts, etc.

• Work with dewatering belts, Hydraulic systems,

weld arc, mig, tig machines.
