My two internships have given me a basic understanding of foreign trade processes and pharmaceutical products. At the same time, my experience has equipped me with the ability to communicate with clients, which will help me perform better in my future career.
I work as an assistant in contract management and customer follow-up.
- My main responsibilities include replying to customer emails, handling matters related to shipping companies, and reporting to my supervisor in a timely manner. This includes signing shipping agreements, preparing shipping documents, sending shipping notifications, and handling customs procedures.
After communication is complete, I am also responsible for filing data and documents in a timely manner.
- Weekday 3pm to close at night.
