- At LRC (Leon Reid Contracting), I really deeloped my skills as I was working by myself or with one other person the majority of the time.
- Working here i gained intensive knowledge on footings, icf foundations, strip EZ forms, framing, sheetmetal work, window and door installation, and building envelopes, and reading building plans.
- I also got some experience with interior finishing, siding, and timber framing, and gained experience working with sub trades to create an effective building schedule.
- II was constantly taught importance of efficiency and keeping a job site clean and organized and am confident running small residential sites
