As a team member at Get Air, I worked the register and the floor as needed, and anything else my manager or coworkers needed help with. This includes

• helping people get checked in
• marketing/customer service
• assisting and accommodating customers
• cleaning/closing
• assisting coworkers when possible

The work environment at Get Air is casual at times, but there are rushes during weekends, holidays, or during events. During these rushes it is important to maintain a flow to get through the line, helping customers on the floor, or cleaning up. The more you can do, the less stressed everyone is as a team, and the happier the customers are. Requirements for this job are social skills, eagerness to do your job, a more casual attitude, and adapting to situations quickly.
