Lucas Hajee

• I developed the skills of aspiring volleyball players by creating a fun, yet competitive, environment
• I promoted strong team building skills in addition to emphasizing on individual technique and practice
• I promoted a mindset to my youth athletes, being that success and winning will come as a result of hard work
• Developed and implemented useful and progressive training plans to improve skills of athletes of all ages and abilities

• I researched the disabilities that I would be working with, in order to ensure that I am having positive interactions

Brother and I stared a company called BoomBrix, which is ultimately lego bricks with a built in bluetooth speaker. Being a kid who loved lego, I always imagined that the bricks would come to life when I was playing with them. That is why my brother and I came up with BoomBrix, and pattented the slogan "bring your bricks to life."

• Worked with youth of all age groups to promote fitness, goal setting and perseverance
• Introduced several youth to a new interest of parkour in a way that makes it engaging, adaptive and enjoyable
• Encouraged kids to push the limits of their personalized boundaries to reach new levels of fitness
