Shop Manager: Check all work orders and assign certain jobs too specific mechanics and oversee their work to make sure that is complete, and equipment would be able to return back to job site. Send out service trucks the job sites when needed.

Equipment Manager: Purchasing of new equipment and selling old equipment.

Driver and Equipment Dispatcher: Giving the drivers their units that they will be in for the day and their duties to each one of them, dispatch low bed heavy equipment to new job sites.

Job Site General Foremen: Short employee meeting every morning letting them know what needs to be done for the day, giving my lead hand tasks for him to follow.

Health & Safety Officer Coordinator: Implementing safety rules and regulations etc. Throughout the whole company, organizing safety meetings getting the company COR safety certified.

H/R. Hiring and recruiting: Reviewing all resumes, making the call to them for interviews and scheduling them to come in and see me.

Before moving up to that: I did multiple truck driving duties like low betting heavy equipment, sea can roll off, safety rep for operators and drivers, operating loader operator excavator operator crane operator.
