Summary

Raised in the hospitality industry, I began my career at Super 8 in Ketchikan Alaska performing all property entry level roles and quickly elevating to Sr. Desk Clerk then AGM. I didn't know at the time i had just found my calling, I was more so joyed to be free of my previous role at a Sea Urchin processing plant named Coastal Fisheries. I took great pride in developing all my staff members, guiding 3 of my managers on duty into promotions to the GM role. I have seen over 30 states in my years as an opening specialist and one thing remained true, no matter the location, hospitality is built upon a true heart for service. The dedication and commitment shown by the franchisees i have supported since entering my current position is infectious and drives me to deliver on being a key role in their success
