1.Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with BCCNM Professional Standards and the CNA Code of Ethics
2.Conduct resident assessments, including management of unstable or acute conditions
3.Administer and review medications, treatments, and nursing interventions
4.Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of person-centred care plans
5.Provide guidance and clinical support to Licensed Practical Nurses and care team members
