I'm currently working in customer service at Brookfield YMCA. At first, navigating the computer and how to respond to emails was a lot to remember. However, since I'm a fast learner, it was easy for me to remember everything in a short period. I learned to organize and have a routine to multitask everything like the cancellations, setting up memberships, the hold, and especially AST memberships. I learned a lot in my ways, and now I'm helping my new coworkers as much as possible to solve problems while thinking critically. Working in customer service is essential to helping customers by providing them with the solutions they need and want to hear.
