Nominated for: Louie's Education and involvement in the Hub Operations has greatly reduced nearly all Severe injuries on the sorts he is assigned to. His guidance, coaching, follow up and relentless pursuit of making behavioral and material handling improvements has helped his sorts have only 3 incidents this fiscal year. Each sort has over 550 teammates spread across multiple wings and Louie takes time to engage and educate them.
